About the Developer

Since its establishment in 1990, Davy Hickey Properties set out to create a world-class business campus in Dublin. Its aim was to establish  a self contained working village, combining a working environment, residential, shopping and leisure amenities all within walking distance of each other.

Set over 250 hectares this carefully planned and landscaped environment took shape during the unprecedented growth period of the 'Celtic Tiger Years', taking full advantage of this never to be repeated opportunity and thereby creating a critical mass of occupiers which has been key to the success of Citywest Business Campus.
