Wellbeing on campus has been part of the campus for the last 30 years as the campus evolved the landscaped areas and lakes were critical to the design of the campus to allow people keep close to nature. We have acres of grass and walkways to encourage you to go outside.
We have a number of walking and running routes to help you reach your target steps for the day.
You can borrow a bike, play a game of golf or join many of our gyms/fitness classes on or beside the campus.
We know time is precious so we have a number of nutrient and wellness talks during our lunch time. Check out our event page.
Energie Fitness
Our 7,200 sq ft Energie Fitness located at Citywest Shopping Centre is a locally owned club and thrives to make it a community based gym. You will feel completely comfortable in your surroundings regardless of your fitness levels.
We accommodate for everyone’s goals no matter how big or small. Our friendly staff are very approachable and are more than willing to help out where necessary.
