Bernard Evans was delighted to speak to some of the staff from Citywest Business Campus about preventative living. Preventative living which is the process of taking ongoing steps to either avoid health issues and chronic illness or manage symptoms in an effective and low-intervention way.
As part of his talk Bernard included a demonstration to show how we can use herbs to combat things, such as the taste of sugar, in order to aid those who find they struggle with sugar cravings and how it all has to do with stress and our body being in fight or flight mode.
